Talking about how we want to feel and don’t want to feel at work is a powerful way to create deeper connection, more consistent behaviours, and greater success in teams.
In these workshop we’ll use the Emotional Culture Deck to set clear about what people need to feel to be successful, and what they don’t want to feel. Then we identify what that means day-to-day and what actions you can take.
