Workshop Extravaganza
Most years end in a rush. This one doesn’t have to.
The end of the year is one of the only natural pauses leaders get, but most of us don’t actually get to take it.
By the time we get to December there’s not much left in the tank. Then we rush to finish, report and plan. We often land straight back in the office the following year feeling like we didn’t even have a break at all.
This face-to-face workshop is a way to end the year differently.
A small group of leaders, making time to reflect on the year using some different tools and techniques. Then thinking forward to figure out what to carry with you into 2027.
There’s no pressure to leave with a long list of actions. Just some honest thinking, good conversation, and a few useful ideas worth holding on to.

- What’s the story of your year, and what did it teach you about how you lead?
- What didn’t work, and what’s the learning in that?
- How do you want to show up, for yourself and your team, in the year ahead?

- The Year in Review Workshop is $699 +GST per person.
- Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea are included.
- Payment is required in advance.
- Your registration is confirmed once your payment is received.
- Once paid, you may not cancel your registration, but you may transfer it to a different person.
