Once upon a time, everything changed. And it’s never stopped.
We’ve all felt the power of a leader who tells great stories, the clarity that brings and the impact that has on a team. We can all do this: every human is a natural story maker. But it’s not always easy to share that story, make it real, ‘get over ourselves’ and connect deeply with the people around us to get things done.
Jo Fitzgerald and Colin Rowsell are leaders and communicators who’ve supported teams through some of the biggest challenges imaginable. Our storytelling workshops are designed for:
- leaders and Managers in public and commercial sectors
- teams facing change and uncertainty
- anyone looking to enhance their storytelling abilities to connect, lead and succeed.
Each highly interactive workshop explores 5 core beliefs that hold the keys to effective storytelling:
- The best leaders tell powerful, vulnerable and ambitious stories.
- The stories teams tell themselves are transformative.
- The best stories are created together.
- Listening deeply to each other is the best way to create stories together.
- Everyone can be a storyteller and story creator.
By the end of the workshop, you will have a deeper understanding of how and why storytelling works, practical tools to shape compelling stories, and insight to help you craft and share your personal leadership narrative.
